THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • How long does it take to deliver a product?
    Most products are delivered within a week within India. However, if you’ve given a printing/dyeing/customized order, it may take longer than usual. Please note than delivery of international orders takes longer than that of local orders.
  • What are the shipping charges?
    Standard shipping charges apply as you place the order. For most orders in India, under half kg is charged 100 rupees. However, if you need Express shipping, please let us know. Shipping for international orders is different, based on your location. Please discuss shipping with us if you’re ordering from outside India.
  • How to change the order?
    If you want to make changes to your order, please contact us on our phone number or Whatsapp. If your fabric hasn’t already been cut/dyed, we might be able to make the changes requested by you. However, please note that it might not always be possible to change the order.
  • What if I want to take a personalized opinion about my dress?
    You can always contact us on our phone number/Whatsapp number and we’ll be happy to help you out.
  • Can you help me design my dress?
    We have designing services available with us and you can take a consultation free of charge. Please feel free to call us or Whatsapp us on the provided number.
  • Can I buy your fabrics from your social media pages?
    You can buy our fabrics from any Desi Roots channel you want.
  • What if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?
    Please check the tracking given by us. If you feel that the package is stuck at a specific location for long, please let us know and we will get in touch with the courier company.
