SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING IN INDIA

We deliver in almost every part of India (subject to confirmation from courier vendor).

Some products might come with a “free shipping” discount. Such offers will be mentioned on the product description and the free shipping will be applicable to only those products.

Cash on delivery is not available. Accepted payment methods are bank payments, credit/debit cards, and UPI payments. All payment must be made in advance before the products are dispatched.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

We ship across the globe with courier options including but not limited to DHL, Fedex, Aramax, and others (subject to availability).

All local taxes and custom duties are charged extra by the Shipping carrier based on your respective country. Most countries allow import up to a certain amount without any duty. This amount is called De Minimis values. Please check following link to know the De Minimis values of your respective country. Country-wise De Minimis Values

Since international shipping costs vary depending on the weight, location, and with time, the exact shipping cost will be determined after you have placed your order and paid for the products. The products will then be weighed and the amount will be determined as given by the courier partner.

Estimated Delivery Time

For deliveries in India, it takes approx. 4 - 10 working days to deliver your product at your doorstep. Sometimes delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances. We will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We take strict measures to ensure that you get high quality fabrics. Due to these strict measures, our production quality is unparalleled. Owing to the nature of the trade, once a fabric has been cut out and delivered it cannot be returned to us as it's been cut per your individual requirement and order quantity, which varies from order to order.

However, if there is substantial reason to believe that you have received the wrong fabric, we will accept the fabric return and refund will be processed by us within 5-7 business days. The decision to approve the return/refund will be made by us.

Please note that we have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the website as accurately in reality. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor color settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Return requests due to minor color differences will not be entertained.

If there is a flaw in the fabric, return and refund will be processed according to the given flaw. The decision to approve the return/refund will be made by us.

We will entertain return/refund/exchange requests up to one week (7 days) of you receiving the fabric. After a week of receiving the fabric, no such request shall be entertained.

Please note that due to the heavy shipment costs involved in international deliveries, returns will not be accepted for out-of-India orders.
